Downtown Phoenix
Phoenix is the capital and largest city in Arizona and the fifth most populous city in the United States. Known as the Valley of the Sun, Phoenix has over 1.5 million residents.

Phoenix has maintained a growth streak in recent years, growing by 24.2% since 2000. This makes it the second-fastest-growing metropolitan area in the United States. In 2008, Phoenix was one of the hardest hit by the Subprime mortgage crisis. In early 2009, the median home price was $150,000, down from its $262,000 peak.

Our Villages

Phoenix is divided villages many of which are based upon historically significant neighborhoods that have since been annexed into the city. Currently, there are 15 urban villages in the city: Ahwatukee Foothills, Alhambra, Camelback East, Central City, Deer Valley, Desert View, Encanto, Estrella, Laveen, Maryvale, North Gateway, North Mountain, Paradise Valley (not to be confused with the town of Paradise Valley), South Mountain and Rio Vista.

Commonly referred-to Phoenix regions and districts include Downtown, Midtown, West Phoenix, North Phoenix, South Phoenix, Biltmore Area, Arcadia, Sunnyslope, Ahwatukee.

Arts, Parks & Entertainment

Phoenix has everything you could want in a metropolitan area. It offers fine venues for the performing arts, many museums, parks and recreational areas.

Surrounding Communities

What makes the Phoenix so vastly large are the surrounding communities. Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Peoria and smaller communities, such as, Cave Creek, Queen Creek, Buckeye, Goodyear, Fountain Hills, Litchfield Park, Anthem, Sun Lakes, Sun City, Sun City West, Avondale, Surprise, El Mirage, Paradise Valley, and Tolleson helps make Phoenix one of the largest cities by land.

Area of Special Expertise

I have been fortunate to serve families across the entire Phoenix area and the surrounding communities. My deliberate area of concentrate is in the West Valley within the community of Goodyear, Arizona.  It’s here where I reside personally and help home buyers find Goodyear homes for sale.
