What Is An Exclusive Client?

I strive to communicate in the manner that my client prefers.  I use all of today’s technology. Whether by phone, texting, or email I have built my real estate business by staying in touch with my clients on almost a daily basis throughout the home buying process. 

I know this one practice alone sets me apart from most other real estate professionals, but I do it because I have learned this is what keeps clients happy throughout the transaction.  I also do it because I enjoy providing the constant flow of information which keeps the client in control of the buying process and almost always results in a smooth transaction.

Building a Team

I begin by helping the buyer build a team of professionals that will work with us from the get go.  The  professionals that I recommend are always respected specialists in their area of expertise.  I know this to be true because I have worked with them in the past, and I know their level of expertise first hand.  If someone changes how they do business I quickly drop them from my list because a high level of service from every person on the team is required for the transaction to go smoothly.   

For example, I recommend three proven and reliable lenders for my buyer to contact and interview over the telephone.  Once the buyer makes a decision on who they want to handle their loan I then contact that lender and ask for a copy of the LSR and other pertinent paperwork that will accompany the buyer’s offer.

If the buyer comes to me and already has a lender in mind I accept their choice.  However, I follow through by calling their lender and interview them myself just to make sure they are professional, experienced, and understand all the different timelines required by my state.
